Thanks for shopping with Gather the label, we adore the idea of giving beautiful garments a second chance in life.  As we are a small business though all sales are final, so please take time inspecting the item and carefully read the description.

Pieces are preloved and minor defects are to be expected, anything major will be noted in the description of the item.

Due to the current global pandemic causing internationally shipping prices to increase and shipping times to lengthen, Gather the label has had to scale back our ability to ship overseas.

Currently Gather is only shipping Australia wide, no matter how much you purchase shipping cost to you are capped at $10 and tracked. 

All orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. When your items have been packed and shipped and you’ll be notified with a tracking number by email.

The arrival of your purchase will be depending on your location within Australia and Third party postage services. If after two weeks your purchase has not been delivered please contact us at - gatherthelabel@gmail.com or fill out the contact form below.
